In Estonia, gambling is allowed from the age of 21. Only play with money you can afford to lose. In the long run, the player always ends up behind the casino — that's how the games are built.

Check yourself: six questions

  • Do you play with larger amounts than you originally planned?
  • Do you try to win back losses with bigger bets?
  • Have you borrowed money or left bills unpaid in order to gamble?
  • Do you hide your gambling from people close to you?
  • Does gambling cause arguments, anxiety or sleep problems?
  • Do you think about gambling even when you're not playing?

If you answered "yes" to even one, take it seriously: set limits right away or take a break.

Tools that actually help

  • Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly or monthly limit at the casino before you play, not after a loss.
  • Time limits and reminders — some casinos let you limit the length of a session.
  • Temporary break — at most casinos you can freeze your account for days or weeks.
  • Self-exclusion — in Estonia you can exclude yourself from gambling through the national restrictions register (HAMPI). It applies at all casinos with an Estonian licence.

Where to get help?

  • Gambling addiction counselling — free and anonymous help: 15410.ee, phone 15410.
  • HAMPI — the register of gambling restrictions, through which you can exclude yourself from gambling.
  • Worried about someone close — counselling is also intended for family members and friends.

Our role

KiiredValjamaksed.ee compares casinos, but does not encourage anyone to play more than planned. We never present gambling as a way to make money, and we mark the 21+ restriction on every page. If gambling isn't staying under control, the right step is to seek help — not to find a "better casino".

Gambling is intended for players aged 21+ only. A fast withdrawal does not make gambling a safe source of income. Only play with money you can afford to lose. If needed, use self-limits or seek help: responsible gambling.
