A code that activates a specific offer when entered during deposit or registration.
A bonus code is a combination of letters or numbers that links your account to a specific campaign. The code tells the casino's system which offer your deposit should be processed under — without it, the offer can stay inactive even after the money has landed.
Worth stating plainly: not every offer runs on a code. Many Estonian casinos licensed by the MTA (Maksu- ja Tolliamet) let you activate the bonus inside the deposit flow itself — you pick it from a list at the cashier or on the last step of registration, tick it, and confirm the payment. Codes turn up most often with welcome offers and in targeted campaigns: newsletters, reactivation offers, or a partner's own deal. If a site advertises a “secret code” that the casino's own campaign page never mentions, treat it with scepticism — the only binding source for an offer is the operator's terms.
The rule is simple: the code has to be in place before you confirm the transaction. Once the money has been processed, the offer generally cannot be added retroactively, and support may not be able to fix it by hand.
Some codes are tied to a no-deposit bonus — these are activated on registration or after identity verification, with no money paid in. The amounts are small and the terms are usually stricter than on deposit offers: a higher wagering multiplier, a capped maximum payout and a shorter validity window. The same logic applies to welcome bonus codes, which only work on the first deposit(s) and cannot be used later.
The code is only a key — the actual value is decided by the terms: the wagering multiplier, game contribution rates, the maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active, and the validity period. Before confirming, run the offer through the bonus calculator to see how much you would really have to stake to release it. If that number looks unrealistic for how you normally play, skipping the code and playing with your own money is the better call.

The code links your account to an offer, but it does not change the offer's terms. The wagering requirement, game weighting and maximum withdrawal are set out in the offer terms, not in the code. Example: a code activates a 100% deposit bonus up to 200 €. A 100 € deposit gives 100 € of bonus. If the wagering requirement is 35× the bonus amount, you need 35 × 100 = 3,500 € of turnover. If the same multiplier applies to deposit and bonus together, the turnover is 35 × 200 = 7,000 €. The code itself does not tell you which version applies; only the terms do. That is why an offer with a code is not automatically better than one without: compare the numbers, not the word "exclusive". Also read how game weighting changes the real turnover.
Take a screenshot of the code field and the error message right away and write to customer support before your next deposit. Ask whether the code is valid for this particular deposit and whether it is still unused. Keep the answer in writing. Do not make a second deposit just to retry the code, and do not raise your deposit because of a bonus: the value of an offer is revealed by its terms. Work it out first with the bonus calculator and read the terms as the guide to casino terms and conditions suggests. Example: enter the code “SPIN50” in the deposit window to get 50 free spins. After confirmation the bonus is immediately visible on your account balance.
The code is on the campaign page, in a newsletter or on a partner site such as FREESPIN.ee.
Add the code on registration or in the deposit form in the designated field.
Make sure the bonus is shown before completing the deposit.
Each code has its own terms and validity period.
Check the spelling and validity period and make sure the offer applies in your country and to your account. Contact support if needed.
Usually not — the code must be entered at the moment of deposit. After the transaction the bonus may no longer be addable.
